Changes

Permitted free of charge provided informed booking office 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation within 24 hours are termed as No Show and EMD will be forfeited

Non-eligible passengers

Non-Revenue tickets such as Privilege Pass and Staff (AD/ID) tickets travelling in any cabin are not eligible for QR lounge product
