Ancillary Product Sales Suspended
05 March 2026Given the current Qatar airspace closure with the grounding of Qatar Airways flights, and due to the current uncertainty regarding airspace openings and travel operations, the sale of most Ancillary products through different channels has temporarily suspend . This includes Qatar Airways and 3rd Party operated ancillary services.
This is effective from today for all scheduled flights until 31 March 2026. All Ancillary products are still available for purchase on flights scheduled from 01 April 2026 onwards. This measure mitigates potential customer inconvenience in case of disrupted travel plans and to avoid a high volume of refund requests.

Important Note : -
- All ancillary products remains refundable for Involuntary Scenarios as defined in our JWC policy.
- Please ensure associated ancillary values are also refunded if associated tickets are refunded by respective channels.
