Earlier this month, Qatar Airways announced that 7 new cities will join our network and 11 destinations will see resumption of flights, along with the restoration of our A350 aircraft into service. This requires adjustments to the schedules of our existing flights. The new schedules will reflect in your GDS in the coming weeks.
In many cases, these schedule changes are minor, within 30 minutes, and do not impact connections. In these circumstances, we simply ask that you advise your client of the new flight timings.
Where rebooking is required, Qatar Airways will automatically book your client onto the best alternative flight. If the new option is not suitable, please get in touch with our contact centre.
Please check your GDS queue and inform your clients of any scheduled changes in their itinerary.
On the day of the flight, please ensure your clients arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before departure so they have sufficient time to check in and reach the gate.
