For bookings made by 30 September 2026, Qatar Airways is offering greater flexibility for eligible bookings travelling to Doha, including date‑change and refund options, giving your travellers added reassurance if plans need to change.

One rebooking penalty waiver, in line with fare rules
New travel dates permitted up to 30 September 2026, subject to fare conditions
Refund penalty waiver for fully unutilised tickets, including fares that are normally non‑refundable
Flexibility supports earlier booking decisions and gives your travellers peace of mind, while providing you with a clear and consistent policy to reference at the point of sale.
Terms and conditions
Offer details:
- Booking period: 1 May to 30 September 2026
- Travel period: For travel until 30 September 2026
General conditions:
- This offer is applicable on fares in Economy, Business Class or First Class.
- Valid for bookings for travel where Doha is the final destination or itineraries that include a stopover in Doha.
- This offer is not applicable for bookings where Doha is a transit stop.
- This offer cannot be combined with other voluntary rebooking waivers.
Changes and cancellation:
- Changes: One fee‑free change is permitted, subject to availability and fare rules, provided travel is completed by 30 September 2026; otherwise, additional payment may apply.
- Cancellation: You may request a free refund for bookings that are fully unutilised. When refunding partially utilised bookings, the standard fare rules apply including any refund fees.
- Non-refundable taxes paid at the time of booking remain non-refundable.
- Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and the fare rules for no-show will apply.
- Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.
