New members can claim missing Qmiles within 30 days prior to the date of joining Privilege Club and 180 days after the date of travel on Qatar Airways for existing members.
To claim missing Qmiles on Qatar Airways, simply log into your membership account to submit your claim online. Alternatively, you can write to our Member Service Centre at email@example.com . You will need to provide your flight details and ticket number.
To ensure your Qmiles are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number and the membership numbers of your nominated family members when making a reservation and at time of check-in.
