Claims for missing Avios can be made for travel completed within 90 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.

To ensure your Avios are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number and the membership numbers of your nominated family members when making a reservation and at time of check-in.

To claim missing Avios on Qatar Airways, simply log in to your membership account to submit your claim online. If you are unable to complete this process due to any issues faced, please  submit  your claim  through  Contact  Centre  option  in  your  dashboard. You will need to provide your flight details and ticket number.

It is important that the first name and last name on your membership profile is updated as they appear on your passport. Any mismatch between your first name and last name on your membership profile and your ticket will lead to non-accrual of Avios and Qpoints. This requirement will also apply for your nominated family members (if any).

To update the name on your membership profile to match your passport, please submit a service request via the “help” page. Please include a valid copy of your passport and any government issued ID for verification purposes (driving license, national ID, medical card etc.).

If you have taken any flights with any of our airline partners and can't find the Avios credited in your account, or you forgot to include your membership number at time of check-in, you can still claim your missing Avios.

To claim missing Avios with our hotel partners, please contact the respective hotel partner. Make sure you send a copy of the transaction or receipt.

Car rental partners

You can claim missing Avios by contacting the respective car rental partner. Make sure you send a copy of the transaction or receipt.

Financial partners

You can claim missing Avios by contacting the respective financial partner. Make sure you send a copy of the transaction or receipt.

Travel and services partners

To claim missing Avios with our travel and services partners, contact the respective partner with a copy of the transaction or receipt.
