We're delighted to introduce our NDC Support desk for enhanced servicing* capabilities for NDC bookings through our Trade Portal.

This new feature is designed to categories and instantly direct your queries to our relevant support teams, ensuring quicker resolutions and customer support. 

This feature will improve your experience within NDC and streamline our support process.

NDC bookings should be serviced through the NDC solution that Trade Partner has selected. If this is not possible, due to the limitations of the platform, Trade Partner can use the NDC Support desk page in Trade Portal to perform selected self-servicing features.

For additional servicing requirements, our chat function is available through Trade Portal which can be used to contact the Qatar Airways Call Centre staff 24/7.

The services offered by Qatar Airways Contact Centre are as follows:

  1. Re-issuance of involuntary changes in case of a schedule change
  2. Re-issue fully unutilized tickets in case PNR purged
  3. Rebooking and re-issuance of a ticket after a passenger is a no-show
  4. Name correction after tickets are issued based on Name Correction Policy
  5. Addition of infant after ticket issuance (in line with Name Correction Policy)
