We would like to inform you that as per Circular received from Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, it has been decided to introduce service fees at Qatari airports, including reviewing the current passenger fees, and adding new passenger security fees.

Applicability:

• - Applicable for tickets issued/exchanged/reissued on/after 1^st February 2022 for departures on/after 1^st April 2022
  • - Applicable for new tickets, as well as those exchanged/reissued on voluntary principle

Basis:

• - All departing passengers including transfers up to and including 24 hours

Exempt:

• - Infant under 2 years old without a seat
  • - Transit – same plane through transit
    • - Airline Crew on duty
    • - Involuntary rerouting due to technical difficulties, weather conditions or other valid reasons
    • - Unless otherwise specified for tickets exchanged/reissued involuntary, incl. planned schedule change

General conditions:

• - Charges are exclusive taxes (e.g. VAT, etc.), if any
• - Charges are subject to change till further notification
• - Unless otherwise specified unutilized refundable value remains refundable within ticket refund validity
