Ticketing Authority

Your agency’s designated manager must first register on the Qatar Airways Trade Portal under your IATA number.

If the manager is already registered, they can add users under the same IATA/agency.
Once added, any registered user can log in and submit a Ticketing Authority request directly through the portal.

Below is the list of required documents that need to be submitted on the trade portal to obtain ticketing authority based on your accreditation model. Once the documents are submitted, we will review them and provide you with feedback.

IATA Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS)

Qatar Airways requires all partner agencies to be accredited.

IATA provides a free accreditation service known as “TIDS” for agencies who are not accredited under the traditional IATA Accreditation program.
