Examples:

• “Smith” would be entered as SMITH/FNU MR
• “James” would be entered as JAMES/FNU MR

However, operating carrier or country-specific legal and regulatory requirements applicable for passenger name shown on ticket shall override these guidelines to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
