Terms and conditions
1. The promotion is operated by Qatar Duty Free Company W.L.L. (“QDFC”) in collaboration with Mondelez World Travel Retail GmbH (“Mondelez”).
2. The promotion is valid from 2 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, or until all scratch cards have been distributed, whichever occurs first.
3. Participation is open only to Privilege Club members who:
a. are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
b. are departing from or transiting through Hamad International Airport (“HIA”) during the promotion period; and
c. present a valid Privilege Club membership card and boarding pass at the Toblerone Crystal Pop-Up Store (“Pop-Up Store”) located near the Lamp Bear at HIA.
4. Employees of QDFC, Mondelez, the Pop-Up Store, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. The Promotion is valid only at the Pop-Up Store.
6. Eligible participants will receive scratch cards as follows:
a. Burgundy Members – one (1) scratch card;
b. Gold or Silver Members – two (2) scratch cards; and
c. Platinum Members - three (3) scratch cards.
7. Scratch cards must be scratched at the Pop-Up Store, are valid for one-time use only, and any prize must be claimed immediately at the time of issue.
8. Winning scratch cards are pre-printed and randomly distributed amongst nonwinning scratch cards before the commencement of the promotion.
9. Prizes consist of Toblerone Bags and Toblerone Swarovski Gift Boxes. Prize quantities are limited and subject to availability. Mondelez is responsible for supplying the prizes.
10. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products. QDFC and Mondelez reserve the right to substitute a prize with another item of equal or greater value.
11. Damaged, altered or illegible forged, coped or otherwise defective scratch cards shall be void and will not be accepted.
12. Lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed scratch cards will not be replaced.
13. QDFC may verify participant eligibility and reserves the right to refuse participation where it reasonably believes these Terms have not been complied with.
14. Any questions, complaints, or disputes relating to the promotion shall be directed to QDFC. Decisions made by QDFC regarding eligibility, validity of scratch cards, prize entitlement, and operation of the promotion shall be final.
15. Limited participant information may be collected for the purpose of verifying eligibility, administering the promotion, and maintaining records of prize distribution. Such information shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and shall not be shared with Mondelez except where required for administration of the promotion or by law.
16. QDFC and Mondelez reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to, due to operational requirements, fraud, technical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
17. Neither QDFC nor Mondelez shall be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
18. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
19. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
