The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are: 

1. Period of Promotion

a. This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 only (the “Period of Promotion”) and is available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion.

2. Participating Villages

a. This promotional offer is available at Bicester Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village and La Vallee Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).

3. Triple Avios Offer

a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: 

i. Proof of their Qatar Privilege Club membership card (whether physical or digital form) together with their offer email/invitation to this promotional offer; and

ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £1000 or €1000 within a day (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three (3) Avios points instead of the usual one (1) Avios point for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Avios Offer”).

b. Claims for this Triple Avios Offer can only be made:

i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or

ii.  digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases are made by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.

c. Subject to paragraph 3b(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Triple Avios Offer. 

d. This Triple Avios Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4c below.

e. This Triple Avios Offer can only be redeemed once per Member during the Period of Promotion at one of the Participating Villages.

f. Avios will be credited to Member’ Qatar Airways Privilege Club account within 45 days after the claim has been made in accordance with Paragraph 3b. 

4. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their names, membership card numbers (or a part thereof) and transactional spend) to:

i. enable the Triple Avios Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and 

ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 4c below). 

b. c. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Avios points. Where a Member has applied for Avios points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Avios points is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Avios points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Avios point for every £5 or €5 spent.  The Triple Avios Offer will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.

d. Value Retail and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the Triple Avios Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

e. The right to benefit from the Triple Avios Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

f. The Triple Avios Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. 

g. The benefits granted by the Triple Avios Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.

h. Value Retail and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Triple Avios Offer for any reason at any time without prior notice.

i. Value Retail and/or Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Triple Avios Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Triple Avios Offer. 

j. The provider of the Triple Avios Offer is Value Retail Management Limited, whose registered address is Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD, United Kingdom.

k. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Triple Avios Offer and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In Particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.

l. By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

m. In the event of any required assistance with the offer, Members must liaise with Value Retail.

n. All Avios awarded under this offer will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions.
