1. General

1.1 The offer to double your number of Avios by renting a car with Europcar (the “Offer”) is a joint collaboration between Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. (“Qatar Airways”), a Qatari close shareholding company (commercial registration No. 16070) having its principal place of business at Qatar Airways Tower 1, Airport Road, PO Box 22550, Doha, State of Qatar and EUROPCAR INTERNATIONAL S.A.S.U (“Europcar”), a ‘Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle' (a simplified limited company with sole shareholder), registered at Registry of Commerce and Companies of Paris with company N° B 542 065 305), having a principal place of business at 13 ter Boulevard Berthier, Paris 75017 France.  

1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Offer and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club program.  

1.3 Qatar Airways reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice. 

1.4 By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1.5 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Avios cannot be earned on discounted Europcar rentals. 

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is available for all Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members. 

2.2 To benefit from this Offer, you need to book a car rental with Europcar on the dedicated microsite. 

2.3 You must show a valid Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member card in the name of the Member making the car rental booking at the Europcar station when picking-up the rented vehicle. 

2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer. 

2.5 If the same caror a different car is rented on consecutive days from the same branch or from different branches, it will be considered as one rental period. 

3. Promotional Period

3.1 This Offer is valid for car rental bookings made by Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members within the period of 27 October 2025 until 30 November 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), unless otherwise extended or modified at Qatar Airways’ own and entire discretion. 

3.2 Car rentals must occur from 27 October 2025 to 31 March 2026.

4.1 As a Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member, you may double your number of Avios by renting a car with Europcar from 500 to a total of 1,000 Avios per car rental subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

4.2 Your rental must be booked directly through Europcar’s official booking channel on https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/qatarprivilegeclub-promotion or https://www.europcar.com/ar-qa/p/europcar-partner/qatarprivilegeclub-promotion.  

4.3 This Offer is valid for car rental bookings made by Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members during the Promotional Period only. 

4.4  Avios earned from your car rental may take up to six to eight weeks from the completion of the rental to be credited to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club member’s account, subject to the Member’s full and final payment to Europcar. 4.5 Avios earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

4.6 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made by Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China. 

4.7. A maximum of 50 000 Avios per rental will be credited to customer account. The total number of Avios earned cannot exceed this amount. 

5. Assistance

5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Participating Location from which the car was rented and show their respective rental receipt. 

5.2 All Avios awarded under this Offer will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions. Privilege Club terms and conditions for Claim missing Avios shall apply to any claims of missing Avios arising from this
