TSA Pre✓®  is an expedited security screening experience that makes traveling from United States airports more convenient. We are happy to announce that TSA Pre✓® access is now available to members of this program traveling on Qatar Airways out of our 12 U.S. gateways.

TSA Pre✓® provides passengers with a smarter security screening, where you may be able to keep the following items on you or in your bags when moving through the dedicated screening lanes:

·         Shoes

·         Laptops

·         3-1-1 liquids

·         Jackets
 

 

Want to enroll for TSA Pre✓®?

The program is open to citizens and permanent residents of the United States. Follow the steps below to sign up:

1.       Complete the online application (this generally takes five minutes). You may also walk into an application center to apply in person. 
         Find an enrollment center near you.

2.       Schedule an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled within 45 days of completing the online application. 

3.       Visit a TSA Pre✓® application center to:

        a.       Provide the required documentation and fingerprints. A list of required documents can be found on the tsa.gov website.

        b.      Pay the $85 application fee at the application center with a credit card, money order, company check or certified/cashier's check.

4.       Enjoy your TSA Pre✓® smarter travel experience for 5 years.

1.    When making your booking
Add your Known Traveler Number (KTN) when you are making a booking on qatarairways.com. After selecting your flights, you can add your KTN in the corresponding field when submitting your passenger details.

2.    When managing your booking
Add your KTN to your booking once it has already been made. Navigate to the Manage My Booking link on the homepage and click 'Update Passenger Details’ under the ‘Manage Flight’ heading. Add your KTN in the corresponding field.

3.    When checking in to your flight online
Add your KTN when checking in to your flight online. Navigate to the Check In Online link on the homepage. When reviewing your passenger details page, simply enter your KTN in the corresponding field.
