With regards to Air India (AI) – Vistara (UK) merger we have been informed that 157 tickets shall be reissued due to re-accommodation of passengers from UK to AI flights. Impacted tickets resulting from automated re-accommodation (UK to AI) can be reissued free of charge on segments auto-updated in the PNR. Please ensure that tickets are annotated “SKCHG AI UK MERGER” in the endorsement/restriction field. No rebooking/refund waiver applies for time changes within two hours from original.

However, automated re-accommodation resulting in misconnection or time change beyond two hours from original can be processed according to T&C specified in the Passenger Guidelines COMM1068 (Schedule Change), i.e. rebooking/refund waiver applies.
