Our New Distribution Capability (NDC) programme.
Qatar Airways is extending its five-star experience to trade partners with the launch of our New Distribution Capability (NDC) programme, Oryx Connect.
Qatar Airways is enhancing and adding more flexibility to its NDC programme, Oryx Connect by providing more rich content and more accessibility via multiple aggregator platforms including Amadeus and Sabre.
Oryx Connect will offer next-level retailing for our joint customers. It will enable trade partners to access more rich content including Fare Families and a selection of ancillary services, such as baggage and seats selection.

Oryx Connect Benefits & Capabilities
We welcome all trade partners to join Oryx Connect to benefit from full offer and order management capabilities from booking, servicing, ticketing and payment.
This includes intuitive display of Qatar Airways’ Classic, Convenience, Comfort and Elite fares, helping them deliver the most suitable product offering to customers. They will also have access to a variety of ancillary products and service offerings, such as selecting Preferred Seats and adding Special Service Requests. Payment options include industry-standard settlement methods, such as BSP/ARC cash and card, IATA EasyPay and direct settlement on applicable markets.

Subscription
Any approved trade partner can join by subscribing to Oryx Connect programme via Trade Portal registration pages. Existing partners connected through Amadeus or Sabre don’t need to register although we recommend that for the enhanced servicing and support functions
Oryx Portal
Any approved trade partner on the applicable markets can start using Oryx Portal without technical development or additional charges.
The NDC Standard
New Distribution Capability (NDC) is a travel industry-supported transmission standard launched by IATA for the development and market adoption of a XML-based data transmission, that will address the limitations of the current distribution technology.
The NDC Standard enhances the capability of communications between airlines and travel agents and enables the travel industry to transform the way air products are retailed to corporations, leisure and business travelers. How can we get you connected to NDC?
Thank you for your interest in our NDC programme, please select your required connections from below
The Seller Registration Process is as simple as these four steps:
1. Select your aggregator partner from the list of Qatar Airways approved aggregator partners
2. Approach the selected aggregator to secure commercial relationship and collect necessary information such as PCC
3. Fill in the Qatar Airways registration form with your selected NDC aggregator information
4. Qatar Airways team will review your request and will come back to you within 14 days with further details
We are happy to connect your API directly. Please observe minimum criteria to qualify:
1. Trade Partner needs be able to support full end-to end capabilities of the latest version of Qatar Airways NDC API
2. Trade Partner must be an IATA accredited agent
3.. Trade Partner need to be committed to an agreed API usage and thresholds
4. Trade Partner needs to have a sufficient IT infrastructure to support the integration and customer care
