Qatar Airways Congratulates Flamengo, Winner of the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2019

Flamengo defeated River Plate in the Final held in Lima, Peru

DOHA, Qatar – Qatar Airways extends its congratulations to Flamengo, who were crowned CONMEBOL Libertadores winners, defeating River Plate in the Final in Lima, Peru on Saturday.

Flamengo will now travel to Qatar next month as the South American representative at the FIFA Club World Cup Qatar 2019TM, taking place in Doha from 11 – 21 December. FIFA’s six continental confederations will be represented in Qatar, as world football comes together this winter in Doha.
