Qatar Airways is the first organisation in Qatar and the only airline in the region to inaugurate this programme
Programme aims to allow Qatar Airways to compete more effectively for top talent and position itself as an employer of choice
DOHA, Qatar — Qatar Airways Group is pleased to announce that it is the first organisation in Qatar and the only airline in the region to adopt the new LinkedIn Talent Solutions Enterprise Programme (TSEP). The new LinkedIn Talent Solutions Enterprise Programme aims to facilitate effective engagement with candidates and provide users with economic insights and machine-learning algorithms, enabling them to make informed hiring and business decisions.
The new TSEP will also give Qatar Airways Group a competitive advantage over other employers as the only regional airline to have this new product, the only company in Qatar and one of only a handful within the MENA region. Additionally, the programme will enable Qatar Airways to compete more effectively for top talent, positioning the airline as an employer of choice globally.
