Raffle period:  2 November 2025 until 15 December 2025

1. SUMMARY

The Qatar Airways & Euro Disney SAS raffle (the “PRIZE DRAW”) is sponsored by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C., a Qatari closed shareholding company organised and existing under the applicable laws of the State of Qatar (commercial register N°16070) with its registered office at Qatar Airways Tower 1, Airport Road, P.O. Box 25550, Doha, State of Qatar (the “Sponsor” or “Qatar Airways”). The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram ‎or X.‎ ‎The Prize Draw is subject to these Official Rules which form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Prize Draw between the Sponsor and each individual who enters the Prize Draw (“You” or “Participant”).  Please read them carefully. If You do not agree to these Official Rules, You are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw or to win the Prize. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all aspects of this Prize Draw as permitted by law. The Prize Draw is run and sponsored by Qatar Airways in complete independence from any local government offices or tenders.  

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1  The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon and Oman (“Eligible Countries”) who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entering the Prize Draw.

2.2  Each Participant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements in Clause 2.1 (the "Eligibility Requirements").

2.3 Employees, officers, directors and agents of Qatar Airways, each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), their grandparents, first cousins or similar degree of family relationships and household members are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

3. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES

All Participants must comply with these Official Rules. All interpretations of these Official Rules by Qatar Airways are final. You hereby agree that participation in this Raffle constitutes Your agreement to be legally bound by these Official Rules by participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to these Official Rules and that all interpretations of these Official Rules by Qatar Airways are final as permitted by law. You confirm that, where You are an employee, You have obtained written permission of Your employer to participate in the Prize draw, You agree to these Official Rules and that all interpretations of these Official Rules by Qatar Airways are final as permitted by law and You agree (where You are an employee) to notify the Sponsor of any procedures required by Your employer to be observed regarding Your participation in the Prize Draw. 

4. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

4.1  This Prize Draw commences on the 2 November 2025 at 00:01 (Doha time) and ends on 15 December 2025 at 23:59 (Doha time), or as maybe extend by the Sponsor at its sole and entire discretion (“Prize Draw Period”). 

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE DRAW:

5.1   NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE DRAW OR WIN THE PRIZE.

5.2   You must meet the eligibility requirements stated in Clause 2.1 above.

5.3 You must enter the Prize Draw during the Prize Draw Period before the deadline stated in Clause 4.1above by following this step 1 (“Entry”):

• Step 1: Participants must enter the Prize Draw via https://www.qatarairways.com/en/offers/win-disneyland-paris-winter-getaway.html completing and successfully submitting all mandatory fields of the competition form (No purchase necessary)

5.4  You may enter the Prize Draw only once. Multiple entries by the same Participant will be void.

5.5 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false and/or misleading information, fails to provide information and/or comply with these Official Rules, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, and/or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, and/or tampering with the conduct of the Prize Draw.

6. PRIZES

6.1 Subject to the Prize Draw restrictions stated in Clause 8 below, and the Eligibility Requirements provided under Clause 2.1 and the conditions to participate in the Prize Draw provided under Clause 5 above, one confirmed Winner will win the following prize (the ”Prize”):  

Prize: One (1) confirmed winner will win a package comprising of the following:

• Hotel stay at Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, breakfast included, for three (3) days / two (2) nights for four (4) persons (including child up to 3 years old and infant),  including:
  • Park entry tickets for four (4) persons (including child up to 3 years old and infant)
  • Premier access (skip-the-line) for four (4) persons (including child up to 3 years old and infant)
  • Meal vouchers for four (4) persons (including child up to 3 years old and infant) for three (3) lunches and three (3) dinners

The approximate value of the Prize is United States Dollars Four Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-nine (USD 4,639).

The Winner has two (2) weeks from the Prize Announcement to claim the Prize by providing an identification document to Sponsor. If the Prize is not claimed during the said period, the right to claim the Prize will be forfeited.

7.  WINNER’S SELECTION

7.1 On the 22nd December 2025, all entries of the qualifying Participants who have successfully performed step 1 set out in Clause 5 will be placed into a computerised random draw. One (1) winner will be selected. 

7.2 The Winner will be sent a prize announcement by email through Qatar Airways’ official email account to the email address from which he/she entered the Prize Draw (“Prize Announcement”).  If a Winner is not reachable at the e-mail address provided to the Sponsors or if the email goes unanswered, then the Prize shall be forfeited.

7.3 The Winner shall respond to the Prize Announcement within two (2) weeks of dispatch of the Prize Announcement and provide a valid identification document and a validly executed Release (as defined in Clause 7.5 below) confirming receipt of the Prize Announcement. If the Winner does not respond to the Prize Announcement within such deadline, the Prize shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

7.4 Qatar Airways will request verification of the Winner’s age, identity, email address and residential address. 

7.5 The Winner shall be required to sign and return via email the affidavit of eligibility and liability release (collectively, the “Release”) provided by Sponsors within two (2) weeks of receipt to be eligible to receive the Prize. If the Winner fails to return the Release within the specified timeframe or if the Winner is disqualified, the Prize shall be forfeited. 

7.6   If the Winner:

(i) does not meet the Eligibility Requirements; 
(ii) does not respond to the Prize Draw Announcement within the period specified in this Clause 7;
(iii) does not wish to receive the Prize; 
(iv) refuses or fails to provide verification information;
(v) fails to return the Release within the specified timeframe; or
(vi) is otherwise disqualified by the Sponsor, 

that Winner shall be deemed ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be drawn.

In this case, the process for the selection of the Winner detailed in this Clause 7 will be repeated. If the replacement Winner is also not awarded a Prize for any of the reasons set out in Clause 7.6, then at Qatar Airways’ own and entire discretion, the Prize in question may be completely forfeited (i.e. no replacement winner will be chosen), or the process in this Clause 7 may be repeated.

7.7 Winners will be contacted within fifteen (15) working days of the Prize Draw end date.

7.8 The chances of winning depend upon the number of entrants.

7.9 The final decision of Qatar Airways will be final and binding.

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

8.1 The Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, and any implied warranty of merchantability (or other warranty as to quality) or fitness for a particular purpose. A Winner who is ineligible for the Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize the Prize, for any reason whatsoever, warrants to the Sponsors that the Winner shall not make any claim against the Sponsor for such ineligibility. 8.2 Subject to any specific prize restrictions stated in Sub-Clause 8.6 [Specific Prize Restrictions], the Winner acknowledges its responsibility for any and all fees, charges and taxes applicable to the Prize, including withholding taxes and fees. Prizes are non-extendable, non-transferable and non-cashable. No cash redemption or prize substitutions by the Winner are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole and entire discretion. 

8.3 Where required by law, Winner may have to pay withholding taxes to Sponsor for the latter to fulfil its tax obligations. The Prize awarded under the Prize Draw may be considered income for purposes of applicable taxes and for government programs in Your country of residence.

8.4 Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or Winner who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw, provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the conduct of the Prize Draw, or violates the Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8.5 You warrant that You shall not make any claim against the Sponsor and/or its agents for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Prize Draw which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Prize Draw.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Prize Draw in accordance with applicable laws if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, Sponsor will award the Prize via random drawing from eligible Entries received prior to cancellation.

8.6 SPECIFIC PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

In addition to the restrictions stated above, the below Prize restrictions shall apply: 

8.6.1 Prize Restrictions: Hotel Accommodation / Park tickets

• (i).  The dates are fixed:
  (ii).     The 5-Star hotel stay includes two (2) nights hotel accommodation with complimentary breakfast included.
  (iii)     Winner is responsible for any incidental expense during the hotel stay including but not limited, transportation, meal, additional entertainment, attractions, strollers rent, rom service etc.
  (iv). BLACK OUT PERIOD:
  Room nights – not valid for the nights of 24 and 31 December
  Park tickets - not valid on 31 October, 31 December and 14 July

8.6.2 The Prize is awarded as a complete and indivisible package. It cannot be split, exchanged, altered, or partially redeemed. All components (flights, hotel stay, park entry, meal vouchers, premier access as may be applicable) must be used together during the same travel period by the same group of four (4) persons.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

If You consent, Sponsor will collect and use Your name, country of residence, photograph for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes addressed to the general public in all forms of media, including on Sponsor’s website, mobile application, Sponsor’s social media official accounts in connection with the Prize Draw, without any obligation or consideration or counter-part whether financial or otherwise, except for the awarding of the Prize to the Winner. In case that the Winner intends to create any public statement regarding his/her win on the Prize Draw and/or Prize, such public statement shall not contain anything that is derogatory, misleading or that would harm the reputation of the Sponsor and/or be otherwise detrimental to the Sponsor’s reputation.

10. PRIVACY

10.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed to allow you to participate in the Prize Draw, allow us to administer the Prize Draw, where you are a Winner to inform you of this, to process the delivery of and distribution of the Prize, to measure the response to Prize Draw and for any other purposes disclosed in these Official Rules. We will process your personal data based on the Official Rules of this Prize Draw, and in accordance with Qatar Airways Privacy Notice (as may be amended from time to time) located at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.html and as permitted by law. If you decline to provide the information required for your participation in the Prize Draw, we will not be able to enter you into the Prize Draw or award you the Prize if You are successful. For this purpose, Qatar Airways will process your name, address, email address, passport copy, country of residence, proof of residence or age verification documentation, personal identification documentation, signature, and your entries in the Prize Draw. Your personal data will be retained for the duration of this Promotion and until award of the relevant prizes, for as long as is legally required or for other business reasons in connection with the purposes of this Prize Draw and in line with Qatar Airways data retention policies.

10.2 As Sponsor of the Prize Draw, we shall process Your name, email address, country of residence, passport number and expiry date, age verification documentation and personal identification documentation in accordance with applicable laws. Any personal data provided to the Sponsor will be used solely in connection with the Prize Draw. We shall retain any personal data provided for a maximum of ninety (90) days from the date of selection of the Winner or for such longer period in order to administer these Official Rules. 

10.3 Winners of the Raffle may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of residency information in accordance with applicable laws for the purpose of verifying a Winner’s eligibility.

10.4 In participating in the Raffle, Winner acknowledges that his/her personal data (including, but not limited to, full name, contact information, and any information necessary to arrange the stay) will be communicated to EURO DISNEY ASSOCIES SAS solely for the purpose of organizing the Disneyland Paris stay and delivering the Prize. 

10.5 Further, You agree that it is your responsibility to advise Qatar Airways in writing should there be any relevant change in the said data/information provided to Qatar Airways which requires action on the part of Qatar Airways.  

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

A Winner who is ineligible for a Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize a Prize, for any reason or for no reason, shall not make any claim against the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, employees, officers, directors, representatives, mandataries, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”). SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE DRAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE. THE RELEASEES‎ SHALL NOT FURTHERMORE BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE DRAW OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, OR REVENUE OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL OPERATE TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES' LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES’ NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.

QATAR AIRWAYS MAY WITHDRAW OR CANCEL OR POSTPONE THE PRIZE DRAW TO LATER DATES WITH OR WITHOUT A REASON WITHOUT INCURRING ANY LIABILITY OR COST WHATSOEVER AS A RESULT OF USING THIS ENTITLMENT. HOWEVER, ONCE A PRIZE HAS BEEN AWARDED AND A POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BECOME A WINNER, SUCH WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION OR POSTPONING WILL NOT OCCUR.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES QATAR AIRWAYS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OR PART PERFORMANCE OF, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. QATAR AIRWAYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE DRAW TERMINATES OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE USED OR REDEEMED DUE TO (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS, EPIDEMIC, PANDEMIC OR OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, BAD WEATHER, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, OR ACTS OF THE WINNER, OR FOR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF QATAR AIRWAYS’ REASONABLE CONTROL.

13. DISCLAIMERS

Where permitted by law, if this Prize Draw cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason not caused by Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to, at any time, in its sole and entire discretion suspend, modify or terminate the Prize Draw, Winner selection, or Prize without prior notice. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any Entry which is not received or which is incomplete or damaged or which is invalid for any other reason.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTIONS

14.1 This Prize Draw including the Official Rules in addition to all issues and questions concerning this Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar (the “Governing Law”) and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Qatari courts. THIS PRIZE DRAW IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Qatar Airways however, reserves the right to start proceedings in any competent court as it deems it fit.

14.2 Where, in relation to contracts with consumers (being individuals acting in a private capacity), the laws of your country of residence (“Laws”) require that:

a.    The Laws shall apply to any such contract; and
b.    You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence (“Courts”),

then the Prize Draw and these Official Rules shall be governed by the Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
