• The promo code is applicable on select booking classes in the Economy and Premium cabins.

• Applicable on Qatar Airways' operating flights from Europe. Flights from Mykonos will resume operations from 23 May 2026. Flights from Zagreb and Belgrade will resume operations from 16 June 2026.

• Offer not applicable on any Interline or codeshare flights.

• The promo code must be entered before initiating a flight search. If the promo code is entered correctly, the special fare will be marked with the wording ‘Promo code has been successfully applied’.

• Qatar Airways will not be held responsible for any fare differences if a customer does not enter the promo code at the time of booking. The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively.

• The up to 20% discount is deducted from the 'fare per passenger' amount visible in the price breakdown summary after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking.  

Advance purchase as per general terms & conditions:

• One booking can be made using the discount per customer but the booking may contain multiple passengers.

• Promo code provided may not be used in conjunction with other flight discount offers.

• Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking for changes, cancellations, and no-show conditions.

• Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show.

• For travel involving multiple booking classes, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire itinerary.

• Qatar Airway’s terms and conditions will also apply to your booking, please review these at the time of booking.

• The Avios earned on your flight will be instantly credited to your account, up to two hours prior to take-off, once you have checked in.

No-Show Charge 

• The charge made by reason of the failure of a passenger to use reserved accommodation, either through failure to arrive at the airport at the time fixed by the carrier, or through arriving improperly documented or otherwise not ready to travel on flight. 

• No show can be considered due to the following reasons:

• A passenger who fails to use reserved accommodation for reason other than misconnection 

• A passenger is denied check in due to not having passport, Valid visa etc. in correct order to be transported.

• A passenger fails to show to the flight before the gate is closed unless delay is due to connecting flight being delayed where in the entire itinerary is present on one or conjunctive QR document(s).

• A passenger fails to change/cancel his/her reservation 3 hours prior to departure

• Any re-booking made within 3 hours prior to departure or after departure of flight as shown in the e-ticket will be considered as a No-show. 

• For a scenario where in the original reservation is cancelled prior to No-show condition, but the new reservation are made after departure of the flight (as mentioned in e-ticket coupon) QR Reservation and Ticketing Staff may perform a manual transaction (without ATC entries) to avoid the collection of No-show fee.

Changes and cancellation

• Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.

• In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.   

• Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.

• Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

Dynamic fares and special offers

• Qatar Airways may apply dynamic fares, which are fares adjusted based on a variety of factors such as seat availability and travel period.

• Dynamic fares may vary in real time and do not guarantee a reduction in the grand total to be paid.

• Dynamic fares are variable based on booking windows, demand, and capacity.

• Dynamic fares are non-transferable, subject to availability at the time of booking, and cannot be applied after a booking has been confirmed.

• Some passengers may book the same or similar flights yet pay different fares, based on the fares available at the time of booking.

• Qatar Airways can modify or withdraw any special offers with dynamic fares at any time and without notice, if this will not affect confirmed bookings.

• None of the above terms and conditions grant the right to specific special offers, or require Qatar Airways to apply any fare to any flight or offer/travel period.

• Bonus Avios are applicable for bookings completed and paid online at qatarairways.com. Bonus Avios are not valid on award tickets or where payment is made offline.
• To ensure that you receive your bonus Avios, please provide your membership number when booking on qatarairways.com.
• If the booking includes membership numbers for two or more passengers, then the bonus Avios will be credited to the membership accounts of all passengers provided they are Privilege Club main members and have advised their membership numbers at the time of booking.
• Family members are not eligible for online booking bonus Avios.
• Membership numbers must be provided at the time of booking to entitle you to bonus Avios.
• Bonus Avios will be credited to your account only after completion of flight; and after the flight accrual is done under your Privilege Club account.
