1. SUMMARY

The Qatar Airways Beyond Business offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Qatar Airways with its registered office at P.O. Box 22550, Doha, State of Qatar (“Qatar Airways” or “Sponsor”) offering 50,000 Qrewards to Beyond Business members and a discount of up to 10% on eligible flights. The Offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by participating in the Offer you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Beyond Business by Qatar Airways unconditionally. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all aspects of this Offer as permitted by law. The Offer is run and sponsored by Qatar Airways in complete independence from any local government offices or tenders. 

2. ELIGIBILITY

(i) The Offer is open to existing Members of Beyond Business by Qatar Airways except Companies registered in USA.

(ii) And who have enrolled into the Beyond Business programme via www.qatarairways.com or our mobile app between 01 November 2024 from 00:00 (GMT+3) to 31 December 2024 until 23:59 (GMT+3)

(iii) This offer is open to all Beyond Business members that do NOT have a negotiated contracted agreement with Qatar Airways.

 (iv) Spend USD10,000 on eligible Qatar Airways Flights within 6 months between 01 November 2024 from 00:00 (GMT+3) to 31 March 2025 until 23:59 (GMT+3 (“Offer Period”) and

(v) Use Mastercard BusinessCard as a form of payment whilst booking on qatarairways.com to qualify for the discount and Bonus Qrewards.

“Eligible Flight” means a Qatar Airways marketed flight with QR designator, operated by Qatar Airways available on qatarairways.com. All other codeshare and interline flights are excluded from this Offer.

“Eligible Fares” includes any fare available for sale in First, Business & Economy on qatarairways.com or a travel agent.

2.1 This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

3.1 All Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Beyond Business by Qatar Airways. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and that all interpretations of these Terms and Conditions by Qatar Airways are final as permitted by law.

3.2 Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or Winner who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Offer, provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the conduct of the Offer, or violates the Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3.3 A Participant will not make any claim against the Sponsor and its agencies for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Offer which may limit the ability to participate in this Offer. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer in accordance with applicable laws if it becomes technically corrupted.

4. PUBLICITY RELEASE

If you consent, Sponsor will collect and use the Member’s name, country of residence, photograph for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes addressed to the general public in all forms of media, including on Sponsor’s website, mobile application, social media on Sponsor’s social media official accounts in connection with the Offer, without any obligation or consideration or counter-part whether financial or otherwise, except for the awarding of the Qrewards to the Member. In case that the Beneficiary intends to create any publicity regarding his/her win on the Offer, such publicity must not contain anything that would harm and/or be detrimental to the Sponsor’s reputation.

5. PRIVACY

5.1  Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed to allow you to participate in the Offer, allow us to administer the Offer, where you are a Winner to inform you of this, to process the delivery of the redemption ticket, to measure the response to Offer and for any other purposes disclosed in these Terms and Conditions. We will process your personal data based on the Terms and Conditions of this Offer, in accordance with Qatar Airways Privacy Notice (as may be amended from time to time) located at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.html and as permitted by law. If you decline to provide this information, we will not be able to enter you into the Offer or award you the Prize.

5.2 We may process your name, email address, your country of residence, Beyond Business by Qatar Airways Membership number, passport number, passport expiry date, nationality, date of birth, flight details, age verification documentation, and personal identification documentation in accordance with applicable laws. Any personal data provided to the Sponsor will be used solely in connection with the Offer. We will retain any personal data provided in accordance with our standard ticket issuance policy.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

A Beneficiary who is ineligible for a Giveaway, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize a Giveaway, for any reason, will not make any claim against the Sponsor. SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE GIVEAWAY AWARDED. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, OR REVENUE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL OPERATE TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES' LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES’ NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS QATAR AIRWAYS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. QATAR AIRWAYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE OFFER TERMINATES OR ANY GIVEAWAY CANNOT BE USED OR REDEEMED DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS, EPIDEMIC, PANDEMIC OR OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, BAD WEATHER, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, OR ACTS OF THE BENEFICIARY, OR FOR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF QATAR AIRWAYS’ REASONABLE CONTROL.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Where permitted by law, if this Offer cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason which is not caused by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws to modify or terminate the Offer without prior notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Offer including the Terms and Conditions in addition to all issues and questions concerning this Offer will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Qatari courts. THIS OFFER IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Where, in relation to contracts with consumers (being individuals acting in a private capacity), the laws of your country of residence (“Laws”) require that:

1. The Laws shall apply to any such contract; and

2. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence (“Courts”),
then the Offer and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
