1. My List – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the My List feature offered to members of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club. By creating or participating in a My List, Members agree to the following:

| My List | A feature within the Qatar Airways Privilege Club that allows a member to create a personalized list of up to four individuals for whom they can redeem Avios for award flights. |
| My List owner | The Privilege Club member who creates and manages My List. |
| My List members | Individuals who have been invited by the My List owner and have accepted the invitation to join the list. |
| Member | An individual who is enrolled in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Program. |
2. Eligibility
2.1 Only active Qatar Airways Privilege Club members may create a My List.
2.2 Only adult individuals aged 18 years and above may be added to a My List.
2.3 A Member may only be part of one My List at any given time.
2.4 Members who are part of an existing Family & Friends group are not eligible to be added to a My List.
2.5 Privilege Club accounts are subject to a 30 day account maturity period before members are eligible to create a My List. In addition, members must have completed at least one qualifying activity, which includes:
(i) a flown flight accrual with Qatar Airways or any partner airline, or
(ii) at least one eligible co branded credit card accrual transaction.
3. Structure & Participation
3.1 As My List owner, you may add up to four (4) members to your list.
3.2 Members added to a My List must remain on the list for a minimum of six (6) months from the date they are added to the list.
3.3 A Privilege Club member who is added to another list may still create their own My List.
3.4 Only the My List owner may initiate the addition of members. Invitations are sent using the member’s membership number and either their last name or email address or through an invitation link.
3.5 The member must accept the invitation in order to be added to My List.
4. Redemption
4.1 The My List owner is solely responsible for redeeming Avios from their own Privilege Club balance on behalf of their My List members.
4.2 Redemptions for My List members are restricted to Award flights.
4.3 My List members themselves cannot redeem Avios from the list owner’s balance.
5. Removal
5.1 After the six month lock-in period, the My List member may leave or be removed by list owner at their discretion.
5.2 Changes to My List membership (adding or removing individuals) may be subject to system validations and verification processes to prevent unauthorized use.
5.3 In the event that a My List owner or a My List member deletes their account, the following shall apply:
a) If the deletion occurs after completion of the lock in period, the user may immediately create or join another My List.
b) If the deletion occurs during the lock in period, the user shall not be permitted to join another My List until the expiry of the six (6) month lock-in period.
