Eligibility & Access
- The promotion is only available to eligible users authorized by Qatar Airways. Users must activate the Corporate Invite Code in the Karwa App, and the code cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
Cashback Benefit
- Eligible users will receive 15% cashback on qualifying trips, with a maximum cashback of QAR 200 per trip. Cashback is calculated on the final fare paid.
Eligible Trips & Crediting
- Cashback applies to eligible ride categories booked through the Karwa App and is credited to the rider's Karwa Wallet within 48 hours after trip completion and validation. Cashback cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Misuse & Promotion Changes
- Any unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use, or abuse of the Corporate Invite Code may result in cancellation of benefits, forfeiture of cashback, or account suspension. Karwa Technologies may also modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time.
Promotion Validity & Qualification
- The offer is valid only during the communicated promotion period and may be subject to geographic or service-area restrictions. Karwa Technologies will determine eligibility and qualifying transactions based on its records and these terms.
