1. Studio Operations
a. To keep things running smoothly, our studio owners may adjust certain aspects of the business when needed. This may include class schedules, membership pricing, new partnerships, or special initiatives. Any changes will always be made with the goal of improving your overall experience.
2. Photos & Videos
a. We love sharing the energy of our community! From time to time, our team may capture photos or videos during classes for use in social media, advertising, or marketing.
i. If you’d prefer not to appear in these, just let a staff member know and we will ensure you are not featured.
ii. No photos or videos are ever taken during Ladies Only classes and is strictly forbidden.
3. Injuries & Assistance
a. Your safety is very important to us. If an injury occurs, our staff will do their best to provide basic assistance. Please remember they are not medical professionals. We recommend seeking the advice of a doctor or healthcare professional right away if further care is needed.
4. Class Cancellations & No-Shows
a. If you can’t make a session, please cancel at least 1 hour before the class to avoid a penalty.
b. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
c. For memberships with a set term, early cancellation will result in a fee equal to the remaining balance of the membership.
5. Freezing of Membership
a. 1-Month Memberships: Freezing is not permitted, except in the case of medical injury or illness with a valid doctor’s certificate.
b. 3-Month Memberships: May be frozen for up to 10 days during the term.
c. 6-Month Memberships: May be frozen for up to 15 days during the term.
d. All freeze requests must be made in advance directly with the studio team. Freezes cannot be backdated, carried over, or extended beyond the original membership term.
6. Payments
a. All membership fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.
b. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Member Conduct
a. We are committed to providing a positive, encouraging and supportive environment for all members.
i. Respect fellow members, coaches, and staff at all times.
ii. Wear appropriate gym attire and follow studio guidelines.
iii. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for inappropriate behavior.
8. App Usage & Data Privacy
a. Members must provide accurate details (name, contact info, health declarations) when using the app.
b. Account details are personal and must not be shared.
c. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
a. All logos, branding, workouts, and app content remain the property of F45 Training. Members may not copy, distribute, or misuse content in any way.
