The following 75% bonus Avios campaign (the “Campaign”) has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by Rocketmiles (“Partner”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this Campaign are as follows:

1. Period of Promotion

This Campaign is available to Members during the period starting from 00:00AM (UTC+3) on 1 October 2026 to 11:59PM (UTC+3) on 15 October 2026 (the “Campaign Period”) with stay dates between 00:00AM (UTC+3) on 2 October 2026 and 11:59 (UTC+3) on 31 December 2026.

2. Campaign Details and Eligibility

a) The Campaign is available exclusively for Members.

b) To be eligible for the 75% bonus Avios, the hotel reservation must be booked via the Rocketmiles website by selecting Qatar Airways Privilege Club as your reward program OR using the link [https://search.rocketmiles.com/avios].

c) The Campaign only applies to eligible properties / hotels marked on the search results on Rocketmiles website.

d) The Campaign is limited to three (3) time bonus Avios per Member.

e) Please allow two (2) weeks for bonus Avios to be credited to a qualifying Member's Privilege Club account after hotel stay is completed and the qualifying Member has met the Campaign conditions.

f) This Campaign cannot be applied to existing bookings made before the Campaign Period or retroactively applied to bookings not made using the link above.

g) Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign at any time, giving reasonable notice where practicable, and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. General

a) These Terms and Conditions  shall govern the Campaign, organised by Qatar Airways and Rocketmiles enabling the Members to earn 75% bonus Avios. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

b) This Campaign cannot be combined with any other offers, including a sign-up from referral bonus.

c) Once Avios are credited to Member’s account, the transaction cannot be reversed.

d) The benefits granted by this Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.

e) All Avios awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions (the “Privilege Club Terms and Conditions”).

f) Rocketmiles and Qatar Airways reserves the right to retract a bonus at any time if it detects technical errors, cancel/rebooking activity (defined by identical search criteria), or any deceptive behavior attempted to circumvent the limits expressed above, including multiple accounts. Qatar Airways reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any Privilege Club account in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

g) Rocketmiles and Qatar Airways reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion. Rocketmiles and Qatar Airways shall not be liable to Members for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Campaign, or any failure or inability of Members to take advantage of the Campaign.

h) All decisions made by Rocketmiles and Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final.   

i) If a Member requests a refund from Rocketmiles after the applicable Avios have already been credited to the Member's Privilege Club account, any refund approved by Rocketmiles may be reduced by an amount up to the full value attributable to the Avios awarded in connection with the relevant booking.  Any refund shall remain subject to the applicable Rocketmiles terms and conditions. Where Avios cannot be credited due to incorrect incomplete or insufficient information provided by the Member, Rocketmiles may contact the Member to obtain the information required to process the credit. If the Member does not provide the required information or otherwise respond to Rocketmiles' reasonable requests within twelve (12) months from the date of Rocketmiles first request, the Avios shall no longer be eligible for credit in respect of the relevant booking.

k) Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions or Rocketmiles terms.

l)These Terms and Conditions apply to the Campaign and shall supplement the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions, any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program and Rocketmiles terms.
