Claims for missing Qmiles can be made for travel completed within 90 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.

To ensure your Qmiles are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number and the membership numbers of your nominated family members when making a reservation and at time of check-in.

To claim missing Qmiles on Qatar Airways, simply log in to your membership account to submit your claim online. If you are unable to complete this process due to any issues faced, then you can submit a service request via the "help" section in your logged in area. You will need to provide your flight details and ticket number.

It is important that the first name and last name on your membership profile is updated as they appear on your passport. Any mismatch between your first name and last name on your membership profile and your ticket will lead to non-accrual of Qmiles and Qpoints. This requirement will also apply for your nominated family members (if any).

To update the name on your membership profile to match your passport, please submit a service request via the “help” page. Please include a valid copy of your passport and any government issued ID for verification purposes (driving license, national ID, medical card etc.).
