At the airport

Here are friendly reminders to keep in mind as you prepare to travel:
  • Keep tickets and documents handy (Including visas for all countries you plan to visit)
  • Report at Check-in counter on time
  • Proceed to Immigration and Customs checks
  • Proceed to waiting lounges
  • It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure

Dubai International Airport
The check-in counter closes at least one hour prior to departure, thus it is imperative that you arrive to check-in for your flight on time.  The gate closes 20 minutes before to departure. 

Our staffs are trained to provide quick and efficient check-in. If passengers require any special assistance to their departure gates, we will be happy to escort them.

Passengers travelling in Qatar Airways First Class and Business Class can expect to experience 5-star hospitality from the ground.  With this in mind, we are proud to offer our dedicated check-in counter.We also offer dedicated check-in counter for our Gold and Silver Privilege Club Card holders.We look forward to welcoming you.

Passport Control

Dubai International Airport

All passengers proceeding to passport control need to have their boarding cards and passports in hand. The e-gate facility, newly introduced at Dubai International Airport, is also available for quick passage. This is an advanced passenger clearance system that considerably accelerates the movement of traffic through electronic screening of passengers' data with the help of a smart card.

Dubai Airport Lounge

Lounge access will be extended to Qatar Airways First and Business class passengers. Passengers will be able to use the facilities at the business centre, delicious food spreads, wifi and shower facilities.
