Flight Schedule Adjustments
14 March 2026Dear Partner,
We’d like to update you on our continuing efforts to restore a reliable global flight network following recent disruptions in the region, which are and remain beyond our control.
Over the coming days, Qatar Airways is working to gradually rebuild safe operating corridors, including the reintroduction of some connecting options as conditions allow. A new, limited schedule is expected to come into effect from 18 March, and while this represents an improvement in network stability, a significant number of flight changes will continue during this period.
Our teams are working diligently around the clock to support passengers whose journeys have been affected and to stabilise and rebuild a dependable schedule. Schedule changes will continue to be communicated via your GDS or NDC aggregator, and customers will receive individual notifications through the Qatar Airways app. These channels will provide details of any changes, as well as guidance on the available reaccommodation and refund options.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you and your clients. Your support and patience mean a great deal to us, and we appreciate your continued cooperation as we work through this phased network recovery.
To support your teams during this period, we encourage the use of the selfservice tools available on the Trade Portal, which offer clear, easytofollow guidance on disruption handling and rebooking policies. These resources like the rebooking decision flow , Self-service form or the FAQs are designed to help you resolve cases more quickly and confidently, ensuring smoother assistance for your clients.
Yours sincerely,
Qatar Airways
