Due to recent changes in QR code-share flight numbers for segments operated by Bangkok Airways (PG), some PNRs are impacted by UN status change with no automated reprotection on a new flight. Impacted QR/157 tickets can be reissued free of charge to travel on a new QR code-share flight operated by PG, same sector, same departure, arrival time.
- Rebooking shall be made into the same QR RBD as original, except of flights to/from Koh Samui (USM)
- Rebooking shall be made into the lowest available QR RBD within the same cabin for flights to/from USM
Please ensure that tickets are annotated with “SKCHG QR PG CDSH FLT NBR CHNG” in the endorsement/restriction field and fare calculation area is preceded with “S-“. No rebooking/refund waiver applies.
