Extended guidelines for 157-ticketed customers travelling to/from Saudi Arabia (KSA) impacted by QR flight cancellations or seeking to change their travel plans.

Rebooking guidelines
  • DOH–KSA v.v. sectors may be rebooked on QR operated flights to/from Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE
  • Maintain the same QR RBD as the original or choose the lowest available RBD within the same cabin
  • Original OAL connecting flights shall be rebooked as per fare rules, i.e., in accordance with the JWC guidelines for involuntary situations that occurred 2 or more days prior to departure
