With regards to change of operation from Phnom Penh (PNH) to Krong Ta Khmau (KTI) in Cambodia the QR/157 tickets impacted by the automated re-accommodation (UN/TK status) can be reissued free of charge to travel to/from KTI.
This applies for original bookings with travel on/after 9th September 2025 on:
• QR operated flights DOH – PNH v.v.
• QR operated flights SGN – PNH v.v.
• QR code-share flights operated by OAL to/from PNH
Please ensure that tickets are annotated “QR PNH KTI CHNG OF OPS” in the endorsement/restriction field. No rebooking/refund waiver applies.
However, automated re-accommodation resulting in misconnection at KTI can be processed according to T&C specified in the Passenger Guidelines COMMQ157 (Schedule Changes & Disrputions).
