Dear Trade Partner,

We are happy to introduce a new functionality in the Trade Portal: STPC Self-Service.

This service is now available on the Trade Portal for tickets issued to your clients with a transit time between 8 and 24 hours in Doha.

•   Trade Partners can now raise STPC request on Trade Portal by filling in all mandatory information.

•   Request must be submitted minimum 72 hours before departure to get the confirmation. For any ticket issued within 72 hours of departure, STPC can be availed (if eligible and subject to availability) by your clients during transit time at Doha STPC helpdesk.
