Please be advised of below requirements for passengers travelling for Hajj
and Umrah.
Travelling to:
Effective 10th February 2025, the Ministry of Health in KSA will conduct the following checks to all arriving passengers holding Hajj and Umrah visas or any other passengers intending to perform Hajj and Umrah during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

Passengers must hold proof of vaccination and applicable valid travel documents. Failure to comply with the above requirements will result to denial of carriage
Travelling from:
Check-in timings
Passengers are required to arrive at the check-in counters at least 4 hours before flight departure at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED)
Baggage Conditions
-Baggage size & weight restrictions must be strictly adhered to as per allowance detailed in the ticket for both Check-in and Carry-on baggage. Check-in baggage weight is limited to a maximum 32kg per piece subject to ticketed allowance.

Carriage of ZAMZAM water
- Maximum allowance of 5kg/litres per passenger and must NOT be packed inside Carry-on / Check-in baggage
- The bottle must be designed for air transport and is produced from the project of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz ZAMZAM.
- Carriage of ZAMZAM bottle is only permitted when travelling from the following airports JED / MED / YNB / TIF.
