No-Show Charge
- The charge made by reason of the failure of a passenger to use reserved accommodation, either through failure to arrive at the airport at the time fixed by the carrier, or through arriving improperly documented or otherwise not ready to travel on flight.
- No show can be considered due to the following reasons:
- A passenger who fails to use reserved accommodation for reason other than misconnection
- A passenger is denied check in due to not having passport, Valid visa etc. in correct order to be transported.
- A passenger fails to show to the flight before the gate is closed unless delay is due to connecting flight being delayed where in the entire itinerary is present on one or conjunctive QR document(s).
- A passenger fails to change/cancel his/her reservation 3 hours prior to departure
- Any re-booking made within 3 hours prior to departure or after departure of flight as shown in the e-ticket will be considered as a No-show.
- For a scenario where in the original reservation is cancelled prior to No-show condition, but the new reservation are made after departure of the flight (as mentioned in e-ticket coupon) QR Reservation and Ticketing Staff may perform a manual transaction (without ATC entries) to avoid the collection of No-show fee.

Terms and conditions - bonus Avios Australia offer
The following campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this campaign are as follows:
1. Period and scope of Campaign
a. This campaign is available to Members who book Eligible Flights through Eligible Booking Channels during the period from 6th October 2026 at 0000 DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) to 30th October 2026 at 2359hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) only (the “Booking Period”).
b. Under the campaign, bonus Avios will be credited only in relation to Eligible Flights scheduled to depart between 17th January 2027 at 0000hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) and 31st October 2027 at 2359hrs DOHA LOCAL TIME (GMT+3) (“Travel Period”).
2. Campaign Details
a. The campaign for bonus Avios is applicable only to Members and is subject to the details and Terms and Conditions set out herein.
b. Eligible Cabin: Economy Classic, Economy Convenience, Economy Comfort, Business Class, and First Class.
c. Eligible Booking Channels: www.qatarairways.com and Qatar Airways mobile app
d. Eligible Flights: Flights marketed by Qatar Airways and operated by either Qatar Airways or Virgin Australia on any of the following sectors: DOH-MEL, MEL-DOH, DOH-SYD, SYD-DOH, DOH-BNE, BNE-DOH, DOH-PER, PER-DOH, DOH-ADL, ADL-DOH, DOH-CBR and CBR-DOH.
e. Bonus Avios earned by Members:
- Economy Classic and Economy Convenience – 3,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction
- Economy Comfort – 6,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction
- Business Class – 12,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction
- First Class – 12,000 bonus Avios one-way each direction, which for clarity, is the same bonus as Business Class under this campaign.

3. General
a. Bonus Avios will be credited to Member’s Account within 14 days after eligible travel is completed.
b. Once bonus Avios are credited to Member’s Account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
c. To earn bonus Avios as part of this campaign, Members must:
- enter the promo code prior to booking;
- quote their Privilege Club membership number at the time of booking or check-in (either online check-in or counter check-in);
- book Eligible Flights through Eligible Booking Channels within the Booking Period; and
- complete travel in an Eligible Cabin on an Eligible Flight that is scheduled to depart within the Travel Period.
d. If a passenger is not a Member at the time of making a booking, he/she can enrol in Privilege Club at www.qatarairways.com and update his/her booking with Privilege Club membership number at the time of check-in (either online check-in or counter check-in) to be eligible for this campaign, provided that the promo code for this campaign was inserted at time of booking.
e. Members will earn bonus Avios based on cabin class booked and paid for.
f. Tickets issued prior to the Booking Period (even if reissued during the Booking Period) will not be eligible for bonus Avios under this campaign.
g. Bonus Avios will be credited in respect of travel on Eligible Flights that are scheduled to depart within the Travel Period even if the itinerary booked also involves flights scheduled to depart before or after the Travel Period.
h. If Members travel on connecting itineraries that include an Eligible Flight, bonus Avios will be credited only for the Eligible Flight (i.e. Doha–Australia or vice versa).
i. Members may participate in this campaign more than once during the Booking Period and Travel Period.
j. The campaign is applicable only to revenue tickets (including tickets paid for using Cash + Avios) and does not apply to award tickets, including Flexi Award.
k. The campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher for bonus Avios.
l. Bonus Avios earned as part of the campaign cannot be exchanged for cash.
m. Qatar Airways reserves the right to withhold, reverse or recover any bonus Avios awarded, and to close the Member’s account, where it reasonably believes that a Member has engaged in fraud, abuse or misuse of the Privilege Club programme or this campaign, in accordance with the Privilege Club programme terms and conditions.
n. Subject to applicable law, Qatar Airways reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate this campaign where reasonably necessary, including for reasons beyond its reasonable control or to address fraud, technical issues or other operational reasons. Where a change materially disadvantages Members, Qatar Airways will take reasonable steps to provide prior notice, unless circumstances do not reasonably permit this. All decisions made by Qatar Airways in relation to this campaign will be made acting reasonably and in good faith, and do not limit any rights a Member may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
o. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qatar Airways will not be liable for any loss arising from a Member’s inability to participate in or benefit from the campaign where such inability is not caused by Qatar Airways’ negligence or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
p. These Terms and Conditions apply to the campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
q. By participating in the campaign, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
r. In the event of any required assistance or queries regarding this campaign, please contact our Member Service Centre.
s. All bonus Avios awarded under this campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
t. Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
u. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
v. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
