• Coupon usage terms are subject to the details displayed in the Didi app under: “My” → “Wallet” → “Coupons”.
• Coupons are for personal use only.
  • Valid only when the rider's actual location is within 5km of the ride’s pickup point.
  • Orders exceeding this distance or lacking valid location data will be considered as not placed by the user, and coupons will not be applicable.
  • If location services are not enabled, the coupon will not be usable.
• Limited Offer:
  • Only 2,000 coupon packages available.
  • If claiming fails, the quota may have been reached.

Additional Notes

• For rides using coupons that are later refunded, only the actual payment amount will be returned. The coupon value will not be refunded or reinstated.
• The system will automatically apply the coupon with the highest deduction by default. Users may also manually select eligible coupons. Coupons cannot be stacked.
• Coupons are non-cashable, non-transferable, and cannot be used on behalf of others.
• Coupon-discounted amounts are not eligible for invoicing.
• Due to high participation volume, there may be delays in coupon or cash issuance. Actual receipt time shall prevail.
• Multiple accounts associated with the same mobile number, payment method, or device ID are considered as one user.
• Didi reserves the right to mark accounts as abnormal and revoke benefits if users participate via improper or fraudulent means, including but not limited to:
  • Using illegal tools
  • Sharing fake links
  • Installing or registering multiple accounts via scripts
  • Any other manipulative behavior
    If violations are found, Didi reserves the right to deny coupons, withdraw issued benefits, and pursue legal action. Didi shall not be liable for any losses caused.
• If users engage in prohibited activities (e.g., money laundering, fraudulent transactions, gambling, cash-out schemes, cheating, or fake reviews), Didi will revoke their participation eligibility, cancel related transactions, and recover all rewards and benefits.
• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government directives, network attacks, or system failures), Didi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion.
• Didi may adjust the terms and mechanics of the promotion as necessary, subject to applicable laws. Any changes will be announced on the event page.
• Privacy Protection:
  • Avatars will be replaced with default system images.
  • Nicknames will be partially masked (e.g., 张三 → 张**)
  • Mobile numbers will be partially hidden (e.g., 123****8910 or ending in 8910)

• This offer is only applicable to main members who join Privilege Club using the applicable promocode PCGCN25.
• Enrolment Period: 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
• Travel Period: 1 January 2025 - 30 June 2026
• Members who did not quote the promocode PCGCN25 at the time of enrolment will not receive the bonus Avios.
• Bonus Avios will be credited to the membership account immediately after the first flight with Qatar Airways, if the enrolment and travel is within the offer period.
• In case of retro claims, bonus Avios will be awarded if the member’s enrolment and travel is within the offer period and as per Privilege Club’s programme terms and conditions.
