Following the suspension of frequent flyer mileage accrual and redemption, Air Berlin has announced that it would cease all flight operations on 28th October 2017 including for its affiliate, NIKI. 

 

This means Privilege Club members will not be able to file/request for retro claims after 28th October for any airberlin flight taken before 19th August. 

 

Any redemption ticket previously issued with a travel date on/after 28th October will be cancelled automatically. Members with such tickets should contact Member Services stating their redemption ticket numbers requesting for full refund.

 

Privilege Club members will not be able to redeem Qmiles for award tickets on airberlin.
