If you did not receive an OTP, you should click on "Resend OTP" button to get a new OTP. If you are still facing issues, email us at email@example.com from your registered email address or raise a service request from the “Write to us” page in your logged in area.
Service requests can be submitted in English and Arabic only from the “Write to us” page in your logged in area. If your service request is not in English or Arabic we will send it to the respective contact center who will respond to you in English or Arabic.
Infant/child award tickets
Yes, infant Award ticket can be issued in Economy class on Qatar Airways operated and marketed flights.
Two separated one-way tickets will be issued for both outbound and inbound flights.
Other airline award tickets
Yes, you can book a mix of Qatar Airways and one oneworld airline.
Origin-Destination basis: Baggage on ticket will be as per first flight for check-in.
However, if pricing shows combination of piece concept on one flight and weight concept on the other, then such the baggage for such a journey will be issued as per piece concept.
Stopover/return journey: Baggage on ticket should be as per each sector.
Yes, you will have the option.
For award tickets on Qatar Airways – More than 48 hours prior to departure.
For Excess baggage awards – More than 6 hours prior to departure.
For award upgrades - More than 3 hours prior to departure.
For all other types of redemption - Minimum 96 hours prior to the flight departure.
Yes, change fees and cancellation fee will still be applicable. However, service fees and rush fees will no longer apply.
No, cabin changes will not be permitted. If cabin change is required, you will have to cancel and refund the lower cabin ticket and issue a new one on in a higher cabin. All changes will be subject to seat availability, and refund of miles will be based on existing expiry dates.
No, used Qcredits will not be refunded.
You should go to the “Write to us” page in your logged in area, select the request type as ‘Refund’ and submit it.
Yes, but it is applicable only for online payments.
An auto-generated service request notification will be sent out to the member with the service request number. You can also go to ‘Request history’ in Contact Center section on the website and view his request status.
Rush and service fees will not apply any more.
To book an award ticket for unaccompanied infant or child, you need to provide their passport copy. You will need to also provide an adult award ticket booking reference if the adult is accompanying the child/infant.
No, same day date changes are not allowed.
All form can now be completed online. You do not need to download the form to complete a request. Simply go to from the “Write to us” page in your logged in area to select the appropriate form, complete the required de tails and submit online.
Redemption of items will continue as before. For other member services, you need to do these as self-service online.
Online booking discount is applicable for redemption tickets on Qatar Airways which is done through qmiles.com. For offline channels, there is no discount.
At the time of requesting an upgrade, you will be shown the tax difference before the upgrade is processed. If you do not want to pay the tax difference, you can simply cancel the transaction before processing it.
