Book your dream flight to Perth, Western Australia

With weather as welcoming as its friendly locals, Australia’s sunniest capital city of Perth / Boorloo is a cosmopolitan city with raw natural beauty. Framed by the Swan River, the city boasts 19 pristine beaches, each blessed with dreamy Indian Ocean sunsets, and is home to one of the world’s largest inner-city parks.

Enjoy a range of effortless day trips within an hour of the city – there’s an adventure for everyone.  Add a thriving metropolis of curated cultural experiences, luxury hotels, shopping precincts, rooftop bars and waterfront dining, and it’s easy to see why Perth is such a relaxed and naturally adventurous capital city.

Live the ultimate experience in the sky when you fly to Perth with Qatar Airways to discover a city nestled in nature, and a chance to encounter and discover the real Australia.

Vibrant urban city

Australia’s sunniest city is easy to explore – there are free buses and walking tours in the city, plenty of guided tours and effortless day trips. The city's multicultural suburbs and vibrant restaurants and cafes give Perth a distinctive character. Perth’s vibrant urban offering is complemented by its nature-based experiences.

Visitors to the city can connect with the Swan River on a foreshore bike ride, an alfresco lunch or wander around Elizabeth Quay, a tour with an Aboriginal guide through stunning Kings Park or simply soak up the sunset.

Soak up Perth's sun, sea and sand

Australia’s sunniest city has plenty of beautiful beaches and bays to enjoy the sunshine, whether you are looking to relax or explore. Visit the iconic Cottesloe beach and enjoy its transparent turquoise waters and powder white sand.

Hop on board a ferry from Fremantle and explore the car-free nature reserve of Rottnest Island – you’ll be greeted by 63 stunning beaches, 20 beautiful bays and an abundance of spectacular marine life.

Fremantle, Perth’s port city

Fremantle / Walyalup, or ‘Freo’ as it’s affectionately known, is Perth’s / Boorloo’s port city. Situated where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean, it’s bursting with vibrancy, color and quirky culture.
Take a walking tour with a friendly local guide through this bohemian town. See Aboriginal art galleries, historic pubs, colonial architecture, maritime museums, the bustling Fremantle Markets (still going strong after 100 years) and one of Australia’s first micro-breweries. Savor fresh seafood harborside, fine fare in historic buildings or enjoy a sunset drink on the beach.

Kings Park and Botanic Garden

Kings Park – one of the world’s largest inner-city parks is yours to enjoy. Based in the heart of the capital city boasting a spread of wildflowers and a walkway amongst the treetops it’s a magical place to explore. Tour its botanic gardens with an Aboriginal guide or picnic among its wildflowers and native plants.

Ningaloo Reef and the Coral Coast Highway

Hugging the Indian Ocean from Perth to Exmouth, the Coral Coast Highway is no ordinary road trip. This adventure takes you through a vast array of wonders including a pink lake and two World Heritage Areas  - Shark Bay and Ningaloo Reef.

Ningaloo Reef is the world’s largest fringing reef, which offers visitors the opportunity to wade in from the shore and explore the underwater delights. Swim with whale sharks and humpback whales along with manta rays and 500 species of colorful fish.

The Margaret River region

Producing more than 25% of Australia's premium wines, Margaret River is one of the nations largest wine regions with more than 200 Vineyards.

The region is also known for its forest trails that hug the coastline which offer the chance to hike or mountain bike and enjoy the breath-taking scenery along the way. You can also watch migrating whales, visit Australia’s tallest lighthouse or see where the two oceans meet at Cape Leeuwin.
