Convert Avios to qitaf points- Collect 1 qitaf point for every 10 Avios converted.
- At least 1,000 Avios are needed to complete a conversion.
Convert qitaf points to Avios- Collect 3 Avios for every 1 qitaf point converted.
- At least 1 qitaf point is needed to complete conversion.
Terms and conditions- These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the offer, organised by Qatar Airways and STC enabling the Privilege Club members (“Members”) to convert Avios into qitaf points. To be eligible for this offer customer needs to be a STC qitaf member with a valid Privilege Club or Student Club (collectively, “Privilege Club”) membership Account.
- Only a Main Member, holding a valid Privilege Club membership Account, is eligible to convert Avios into qitaf points.
- Once Avios are converted into qitaf points the Member’s Privilege Club Account will be automatically linked to the qtiaf account where the conversion transaction takes place. Any future conversions of Avios to qitaf points will only be allowed to the same qitaf account used for the first conversion.
- Members can unlink their Privilege Club Account themselves through the unlinking link on the STC partner page, or by contacting Qatar Airways, which may take up to seven (7) working days for processing, upon successful verification.
- Members can unlink their Privilege Club and qitaf accounts no more than three (3) times per calendar year, and a minimum period of one (1) month between linking and unlinking of the accounts.
- A minimum of 1,000 Avios is required to convert Avios into qitaf points, following which, Avios can be converted in increments of 1,000.
- Members will accrue 100 qitaf points for every 1,000 Avios converted.
- The maximum amount of Avios that can be converted to qitaf points per Member, per day is 250,000 Avios.
- Members are responsible for the accuracy of the qitaf account details when converting Avios to qitaf points.
- Once Avios has been converted into qitaf points, qitaf points will automatically be transferred to the relevant qitaf membership account. qitaf points will be posted to the Member’s qitaf membership account within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Once the qitaf points conversion has been initiated, cancellation, changes, reissuance, and/or refunds of Avios is not permitted.
- STC and Qatar Airways have the right to terminate or to change the Avios to qitaf points offering policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason with or without notice.
- The Privilege Club terms and conditions apply. Any capitalised terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as given in the Privilege Club terms and conditions. Once Avios are converted to qitaf points, qitaf points terms and conditions will apply.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 29 September 2025.
- Qatar Airways is not liable for any rewards redemptions made through qitaf.
- Qatar Airways and STC (as mutually agreed) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice or liability.
- For any required assistance or missing qitaf points, you can inquire via the My STC application or by calling 900.
- The benefits granted by this offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.
- Qatar Airways shall not be liable to Members for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, or any failure or inability of Members to take advantage of the offer.
- All decisions made by Qatar Airways and STC with respect to any matter relating to this offer shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the offer and shall supplement the Privilege Club terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club program. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with the Privilege Club terms and conditions.
