Use of the Promo Code
The code must be entered before initiating the flight search. If applied correctly, the fare will be marked with a burgundy coupon and the message “Promo code has been successfully applied”. It cannot be applied retrospectively. Qatar Airways will not be held responsible for any fare differences if the customer does not enter the code at the time of booking. Qatar Airways reserves the right to suspend or cancel the offer at any time.
Offer Conditions
Valid on Qatar Airways and Virgin Australia flights from Europe. Discounts apply only if all flights in the booking belong to the same booking class.
Promo Code Applicability
Not combinable with other publicly available promotional fares. Seats are limited and subject to availability. The discount applies only to the base fare. Taxes, fees, and additional charges must be paid in full. Valid only for return journeys.
Changes and Cancellations
Tickets are non‑endorsable and non‑transferable. In case of involuntary cancellation, the applicable fare rules will apply. Changes or cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to departure will be considered a “no‑show” and penalties will apply. Qatar Airways’ terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, also apply.
Dynamic Fares and Special Offers
Qatar Airways may apply dynamic fares depending on availability and travel period. Dynamic fares may vary in real time and do not guarantee a reduction in the total amount payable.
Possible variations:
Bookings 3–90 days: up to 5%
Bookings 91–365 days: up to 6%
Weekend tactical offers: up to 6–10%
Dynamic fares are non‑transferable and cannot be applied after the booking has been confirmed. Passengers on similar flights may pay different fares depending on availability at the time of purchase. Qatar Airways may modify or withdraw special offers at any time, without affecting confirmed bookings. None of these conditions grant automatic entitlement to specific offers or oblige Qatar Airways to apply a particular fare.

- Extra baggage allowance as part of the promotion will be void when a ticket is changed/reissued voluntarily through post booking services or Manage Booking.
- The promo code offers up to 40kg total baggage allowance
- Extra baggage allowance: 15kg for N, Q, T, O classes, 10kg for M, K, L, V, S classes, 5kg for Y, B, H classes

- Multi-city itineraries where the destination airport of the outbound flight is not the same as the originating airport of the inbound flight are allowed once per booking. Double Multi-city and circle itineraries are not permitted.
- For travel involving multiple booking classes, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire itinerary.
- Fares displayed are the lowest return prices including taxes, fees, and airport charges; all available fare options and applicable rules will be displayed at the time of booking.
- Fares displayed include all applicable discounts, Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
