Nairobi also has some good museums, including the Nairobi National Museum, where visitors can learn more about the history and culture of Kenya, the National Railway Museum, which charts the importance of the railroad in the development of the country, and the Nairobi Gallery, home to a constantly changing collection of modern African art by up and coming artists.
You cannot escape the importance of Kenya’s wildlife, and around Nairobi there are plenty of sanctuaries where you can see some of the country’s most endangered inhabitants.
