Jossor Programme

Jossor is the Arabic word for bridges and so it is through this programme that Qatar Airways will further integrate new joiners into the world of aviation.

The programme will support the wider Qatar Airways Group onboarding programme in order for employees and developees to navigate their way easily and efficiently through the organisation. Core modules in the Jossor programme include more information about the Aviation Industry, understanding key HR policies and exploring Qatar Airways operations via our site tours.

You will also hear first-hand from our Qatar Airways Ambassadors about what it takes to be an Aviation leader and the skills you need to develop your career. Our objective is to create a five star experience for all our new starters through the Jossor programme and ensure everyone is equipped with the right tools to have a flying start with Qatar Airways Group.
