The following campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by Qatar Duty Free (“Partner”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this campaign are:  

1.Period of Promotion 

• This campaign is available to Members during the period 24 09 2025 at 00:01 (AST) to 31 10 2025 at 23:59 (AST) only (the “Period of Promotion”). 

2. Offer/Campaign Details

Eligible participants are Privilege Club members and Student Club members (the “Members”) who make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period, and who hold an active and unsuspended membership account (the “Eligible Participants”).

Family Members of Eligible Participants on the same Privilege Club membership account, as well as Beyond Business membership holders, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Eligible Purchase:

• Eligible Participants who complete a transaction by paying in full with Avios at any participating stores (excluded stores are listed below) at Qatar Duty Free, Hamad International Airport (“Eligible Purchase”) will be eligible for a discount of 20% off the Avios required for the purchase. Additionally, the Eligible Participants will be entitled to further discounts based on their current Membership Tier, as follows:
  • Burgundy: 10% off  
  • Silver and Gold: 15% off
  • Platinum: 20% off 
• Members are eligible to spend a maximum of 500,000 Avios per transaction.
• Eligible Participants are permitted to make multiple Eligible Purchases.

3. General 

• The campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher.
• In case of dispute regarding the identity of an Eligible Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Participant.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding the Promotion is final and binding.
• The Promoter, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability.
• Avios are only refunded once a manual process has been followed; the system does not automatically refund the Avios. Avios refunds are submitted for approval by Management and then processed.
• Refunds for Avios based transactions (either full Avios or part Avios payment) will be refunded in Avios to customers within 90 days, aligned to QDF refund policy. 
• Refund of the purchase item will be under the general refund policy of Qatar Duty Free. 
• Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the campaign in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 
• Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend the campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Partner and/or Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this campaign shall be final.
• Partner and/or Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the campaign, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the campaign.
• The provider of the campaign is Qatar Duty Free, whose registered address is Qatar Airways Tower 3, Room No. 401/408, 4th Floor, Airport Road, P.O. Box 22553, Doha, State of Qatar.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to the campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In Particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
• By participating to the campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any required assistance with the campaign, Members must liaise with Partner at tellus@qatardutyfree.com.qa.
• All Avios utilized under this campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.  
• Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
