Part A – Promoter and Promotion Details

• The Eden Park Rugby Match Giveaway (hereafter the “Promotion”) is promoted by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C, (a company incorporated in the State of Qatar, having its principal address at Qatar Airways Tower 1, Doha, Qatar), ACN 105 742 916 and Eden Park (hereafter the “Promoter”).
• Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Promoter from time to time at its own discretion.
• The Promotion will run from 12:00 AM NZST on 29 July 2025 to 11:59 PM NZST on 6 September 2025 (the “Closing Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).

Part B – Eligibility Criteria

• Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are aged 18 years or above.
• Employees of the Promoter’s associated agencies, or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entry validity and participant eligibility (including identity, age, and residence) at any time and reserves the right to disqualify individuals that have breached these Terms and Conditions.
• If requested by the Promoter, a participant must provide evidence of eligibility to the Promoter.
• The Promotion is open to new and existing email subscribers of the Promoter who enter via the official competition page on qatarairways.com/nz (the “Promoter’s Website”) during the Promotion Period.

Part C – How to Enter the Promotion

• No entry fee is required to participate.
• To enter, participants must fully complete the subscriber form on the competition entry page hosted on qatarairways.com with their personal details, including first name, last name, email address, phone number and city of residence. 
• Participants who include their Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number in the subscriber form will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw.
• Only one (1) standard entry per person is permitted, with a maximum of two (2) entries per person if a Privilege Club number is provided.
• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM NZST on 6 September 2025.
• Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or deemed inappropriate by the Promoter may be disqualified.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or issues outside its reasonable control that prevent successful entry submission.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date on 9 September 2025 at 12:30 PM AEST (2:30 PM NZST) at 303 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
• The name of the winner will be advertised on the competition entry page on 9 September 2025.
• The winner will be notified in writing via email from Qatar Airways official email account to the email address provided on the subscriber form by 9 September 2025 and will be required to provide additional information to claim the prize and arrange for the distribution of the tickets. By claiming a prize, the winner hereby consent that their first and last name may be published on the competition entry page.
• The winner must contact the Promoter by reply email to claim their prize and provide the additional information requested by the Promoter by 16 September 2025, 11:59 PM NZST. If any prize is unclaimed by this date, the unclaimed prize will be awarded to a reserve winner.

Part D – The Prize

• The winner will receive the one major prize consisting of:
  • Two (2) x Hospitality match tickets in the Qatar Airways Suite for an international rugby match in 2025.
  • Two (2) x Eden Park personalized jersey
  • Two (2) x Eden Park rooftop tour
• The total prize value is up to NZ $3,240
• The prize does not include travel to and from the match venue, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses unless otherwise specified.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize must not be sold for financial gain.
• All travel to and from the venue will be at the winner’s own expense.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any liability that may result from, or is claimed to have resulted from, the acceptance or use of this prize except for any liability that the Promoter is not permitted to exclude under law.

Part E – Use of Participants’ Details

• Participants’ details will be used for the purpose of awarding the prize. We may disclose personal information to prize organisers and service providers for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and coordinating the prize.
• By entering this Promotion, each participant consents for the Promoter to collect and use their name, image, voice and likeness in the event they are selected as a winner for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes addressed to the general public in all forms of media, including, but not limited to, on the Promoter's website, mobile application and social media in connection with the Promotion, without any compensation other than the prize as set out in these Terms and Conditions. 
• By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the Qatar Airways Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Personal data may be transferred outside of New Zealand, including to Qatar, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• In case that a participant intends to create any publicity in connection with the Promotion, such publicity must not contain anything that would harm and/or otherwise be deemed detrimental to the Promoter's reputation or brand image.
• By entering this Promotion, participants also consent to being contacted by Qatar Airways for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation, including via electronic messages, for an indefinite period unless the entrant unsubscribes from receiving such messages.
• The Promoter’s Privacy Notice can be read in full at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/privacy.html. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may request access to and correction of information we hold about them and how to complain about how we handle personal information.
• Participants may choose to receive future marketing communications by ticking the relevant consent box at the time of entry. They may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in such communications.

Part F – Dispute Resolution

• If any participant has any dispute or complaint in respect of the Promotion, they may write to the Promoter at melqrinfo@au.qatarairways.com. The Promoter will respond in writing within 10 working days. If unresolved, participants may escalate the matter to the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs or other appropriate authority.
• Nothing in this Part F prevents any person from raising a dispute or complaint with the relevant regulatory body for trade promotion lotteries or otherwise enforcing their legal rights in connection with the Promotion.

 Part G – Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

• Any intellectual property rights related to the Promotion and any associated materials developed by the Promoter remain the property of the Promoter.
• Save for any rights or guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Law or other terms implied into a contract that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Promoter and its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and prize suppliers exclude any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, and loss of opportunity) arising in connection with this Promotion and the prizes, including but not limited to where arising out of:
  • any tax liability incurred by a participant or the winner;
  • any dispute between a participant and any third party relating to the participant’s identity or entitlement to a prize; or
  • any use or redemption of the prize.
• If the Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as anticipated for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • to disqualify any person; or
  • to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory authority.

Part H – Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, then that part shall be deemed deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions.
