Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.
Changes and cancellation
- Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
- In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.
- Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.
- Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.
Dynamic fares and special offers
- Qatar Airways may apply dynamic fares, which are fares adjusted based on a variety of factors such as seat availability and travel period.
- Dynamic fares may vary in real time and do not guarantee a reduction in the grand total to be paid.
- Dynamic fares are non-transferable, subject to availability at the time of booking, and cannot be applied after a booking has been confirmed.
- Some passengers may book the same or similar flights yet pay different fares, based on the fares available at the time of booking.
- Qatar Airways can modify or withdraw any special offers with dynamic fares at any time and without notice, if this will not affect confirmed bookings.
- None of the above terms and conditions grant the right to specific special offers, or require Qatar Airways to apply any fare to any flight or offer/travel period.
Privilege Club signup offer terms and conditions
- This offer is only applicable to main members who join Privilege Club using the applicable promocode PCGCN26.
- Enrolment Period: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026
- Travel Period: 1 January 2026 - 30 June 2027
- Members who did not quote the promocode PCGCN26 at the time of enrolment will not receive the bonus Avios.
- Bonus Avios will be credited to the membership account immediately after the first flight with Qatar Airways, if the enrolment and travel is within the offer period.
- In case of retro claims, bonus Avios will be awarded if the member’s enrolment and travel is within the offer period and as per Privilege Club’s programme terms and conditions.
- Members need to ensure to quote their Privilege Club number at the time of booking or check-in for the Avios to be credited after the first flight is travelled.
- Offer is applicable only for flights operated and marketed by Qatar Airways inclusive of block space.
- Travel on Award tickets is not eligible for Bonus Avios.
- Existing Privilege Club members are not entitled to participate in this offer and any duplicate accounts will be cancelled by Privilege Club.
