Our WhatsApp service for Platinum and Gold members is changing contact numbers. The new WhatsApp number can be found in the February 2022 Member Statement. 

If you're unable to locate the number, our dedicated contact centre team are still able to assist you with any services such as redeeming award tickets on Qatar Airways and partner airlines, award upgrades, new booking, date changes, refund tickets or Avios, claim missing Avios, profile updates and much more.
