Promo code applicability

• The promo code discount is valid only on Qatar Airways operated one-way and return flight itineraries. Codeshare and interline bookings are excluded. 
• Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
• Savings apply on base fare only. The promo code discount is deducted from the 'fare per passenger' amount visible in the ‘payment summary’ after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.

Changes and cancellation

• Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable. 
• In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.    
• Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply. 
• Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

Dynamic fares and special offers  

• Qatar Airways may apply dynamic fares, which are fares adjusted based on a variety of factors such as seat availability and travel period.  
• Dynamic fares may vary in real time and do not guarantee a reduction in the grand total to be paid.  
• Dynamic fares are non-transferrable, subject to availability at the time of booking, and cannot be applied after a booking has been confirmed.   
• Some passengers may book the same or similar flights yet pay different fares, based on the fares available at the time of booking.   
• Qatar Airways can modify or withdraw any special offers with dynamic fares, at any time and without notice, if this will not affect confirmed bookings.  
• None of the above terms and conditions grant the right to specific special offers, or require Qatar Airways to apply any fare to any flight or offer/travel period.  

1. OFFER: The “Book to Win Campaign” (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S,C with its registered office at P.O. Box 25550, Doha, State of Qatar (the “Sponsor” or “Qatar Airways”) offering three (03) prizes to each one of  three (03) winners (“Winners”) selected from bookings made via the Qatar Airways website, mobile website or mobile app in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (each a “Prize” and altogether the “Prizes”). The Terms and Conditions governing the Offer and Prizes form a legally binding agreement between the Sponsor and each individual who enters the Offer (the “Participant”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible to participate in the Offer or win any of the Prizes. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all aspects of this Offer to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Offer is run and sponsored by Qatar Airways in complete independence from any local government offices or tenders.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to Qatar Airways passengers who are (cumulatively):

(a) citizens and legal residents of UAE, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Iraq, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives , Nigeria, Egypt ; and 

(b) who are at least 18 years old as of 26 February 2026; and 

(c) customers who have purchased a ticket using promo code FROZEN, via Qatar Airways official website (www.qatarairways.com), mobile website or mobile app during the period starting on 26 February 2026, from 08:00 (GMT+3) until 11 March 2026 23:59 (GMT+3) with Sponsor’s clock determining the time (“Offer Period”) to travel from 1 April 2026 and latest by 15 December 2026. This Campaign is for all travels on the routes departing from a participating country (list of eligible countries under Clause 2A) to any of the following countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, in Economy or Business Class cabins.

Employees, officers, directors and agents of Qatar Airways, its subsidiaries, and each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and their household members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.  

A Participant will not be eligible if the Qatar Airways flight booking is cancelled or refunded during or after the Offer Period.

Each booking will be considered as one (1) entry in the Offer (an "Entry").

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: All Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and that all interpretations of these Terms and Conditions by Qatar Airways are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. PRIZES: Subject to the Prizes’ restrictions stated in Clause 6 below and the eligibility and entry requirements stated in Clause 2 above, confirmed Winners will receive one of the following Prizes: 

a) Three (03) confirmed winners will each get four (4) return Economy Class tickets to any QR online destination to Europe, departing from the eligible countries (clause 2.a) together with a Disneyland Paris package inclusive of three (3) days / two (2) nights for four (4) persons (including child up to 3 years old and infant) at Sequoia Lodge hotel, with 3-day/2-park entry tickets, and meal vouchers.

5. SPECIFIC PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

In addition to the restrictions stated in 6, the below restrictions shall also apply: 

5.1 Prize Restrictions: Economy Class Roundtrip tickets (Outbound from eligible countries as per clause 2.a)

(i) Black-out dates apply – 10 December 2026 to 15 January 2027

(ii) Winner(s) must have valid government-issued documents as required for the itinerary and be legally able to travel without a legal guardian or a parent and as per clause 2a and 2b;

(iii) All travel arrangements must be booked directly through the Qatar Airways and Disneyland Paris dedicated team via the email address that will be provided to the winner, for flight and stay, respectively. Once a flight booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted;

(iv) Travel must originate from any of the eligible countries mentioned in clause 2a where the winner resides;

(v) The validity period for the Prize tickets may not be extended and Prize tickets may not be rebooked; 

(vi) Sponsor is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or a flight delay; 

(vii) The Prize flight tickets will be issued as electronic tickets; 

(viii) Travel is subject to seats’ and flights’ availability, which is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor; 

(ix) Flight schedules are subject to change without notice; 

(x) Travel period: Winner must travel within no later than one-eighty (180) calendar days from the date of winning the Prize.

(xi) Flights are always subject to Qatar Airways Conditions of Carriage available at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/conditions-of-carriage.html

(xii) Winners are responsible for any and all, fees, security and passenger facility charges applicable to the Prizes, which may not be issued without payment for taxes and fees (except as specified otherwise in the vouchers).

(xiii) Winners are responsible for the arrangement and cost of visa(s), passport(s), and transportation to and from the point of origin, meals, health or other travel expenses unless expressly stated otherwise in writing (including in respect of any quarantine or isolation requirements that may be in operation in any jurisdiction).

(xiv) The Prize tickets do not entitle the ticket holder to any mileage credit as part of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program.

5.2 Prize Restrictions: Disneyland Paris package

(i).   The dates are fixed:

(ii).   The Sequoia Lodge hotel stay includes two (2) nights hotel accommodation with complimentary breakfast, standard half board vouchers, and 3-day/2-park tickets.

(iii)    Winner is responsible for any incidental expense during the hotel stay including but not limited, transportation, meal, additional entertainment, attractions, strollers rent, room service etc.

The Prize is awarded as a complete and indivisible package. It cannot be split, exchanged, altered, or (partially) redeemed. All components (flights, hotel stay, park entry, meal vouchers, premier access as may be applicable) must be used together during the same travel period by the same group of four (4) persons.

The Winner has two (2) weeks from the prize announcement (“Prize Announcement”) to claim the Prize by providing a valid identification document to Sponsor. If the Prize is not claimed during the said period, the right to claim the Prize will be forfeited.

6. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

6.1 Prizes are provided “as is where is” without any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law of any kind, and/or any implied warranty of merchantability (or other warranty as to quality) or fitness for a particular purpose. 

6.2 A Winner who is ineligible for a Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize a Prize, for any reason shall not make any claim against the Sponsor. 

6.3 Prizes are non-extendable, non-transferable and non-cashable. No claims for cash redemption or Prize substitutions by Winner will be accepted except where required by law.

6.4 Subject to the restrictions stated in Clause 5, each Winner is responsible for any and all fees, charges and taxes applicable to the Prize, which may not be issued without payment for taxes including withholding taxes and fees. Where required by law, Winner may have to pay withholding taxes and any other applicable taxes to the Sponsor for the latter to fulfil its tax obligations. 

6.5 Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or Winner who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Offer, provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the conduct of the Offer, or violates the Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO FILE ANY LAWSUITS AGAINST AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6.6 The Participant will furthermore not make any claim against the Sponsor, its representatives  and its agencies for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Offer which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the  entries in this Offer.  Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel this Offer in accordance with any applicable laws if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, Sponsor will award Prizes via random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

7. WINNERS’ SELECTION

7.1 On 17 March 2026, the entries of the qualifying Participants will be placed into a computerised random draw which will not be viewable by the public. Three (03) potential Winners will be selected to win Prizes in accordance with Clause 4 above. 

7.2 Each Winner will be sent a Prize Announcement by email through Qatar Airways’ official email account to the email address provided to Qatar Airways for such purpose when making the booking. If a Winner is not reachable at the e-mail address provided to the Sponsors or if the email goes unanswered within the time frame provided, then the Prize shall be forfeited. 

7.3 The Winner shall respond to the Prize Announcement within two (2) weeks of dispatch of the Prize Announcement email notification and provide a valid identification document and a validly executed Release (as defined in Clause 7.4 below) confirming receipt of the Prize Announcement email. If the Winner does not respond to the Prize Announcement within such deadline, the Prize shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

7.4 The Winner shall be required to sign and return via email the affidavit of eligibility and liability release (collectively, the “Release”) provided by Sponsor within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt to be eligible to receive the Prize. If the Winner cannot be contacted, and/or fails to return the Release within the specified timeframe or if the Winner is disqualified, the Prize shall be forfeited.

7.5 If a Potential Winner meets all of the requirements of this Clause 7, then the potential Winner will be deemed to be a “Winner”.  If a Potential Winner does not meet the Eligibility Requirements, does not respond to the Prize Announcement, does not wish to receive a Prize, refuses or fails to provide the required verification information, fails to return the Release within the specified timeframe, or if the Winner is disqualified for any other reason whatsoever, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be drawn. If a potential Winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address provided by a Participant to the Sponsor, then the Prize will be forfeited. If it is determined that an alternate potential Winner will be drawn, the potential Winner that was deemed ineligible will forfeit any Prizes.

In this case, the process for the selection of the Winner detailed in this Clause 7 will be repeated. If the replacement Winner is also not awarded a Prize for any of the reasons set out in Clause 7.5, then at Sponsor’s own and entire discretion, the Prize in question may be completely forfeited (i.e. no replacement Winner will be chosen), or the process in this Clause 7 may be repeated.

7.6  The list of actual Winners will be published on 18 March 2026.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: If you consent to it, Sponsor will collect and use the Winner’s name, country of residence, photograph for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes addressed to the general public in all forms of media, including on Sponsor’s website, mobile application, social media on Sponsor’s social media official accounts in connection with the Offer, without any obligation or consideration or counter-part whether financial or otherwise, except for the awarding of the Prize. 

9. PRIVACY: Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be processed to allow you to participate in the Offer, allow us to administer the Offer, where you are a Participant or a potential Winner to inform you of this, to process the delivery of and distribution of the Prizes, to measure the response to Offer and for any other purposes disclosed in these Terms and Conditions. We will process your personal data based on the Terms and Conditions of this Offer, in accordance with Qatar Airways Privacy Notice (as may be amended from time to time) accessible at https://www.qatarairways.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.html and as permitted by law. If you decline to provide the information required for your participation in the Offer, you will not be able to participate o the Offer and/or be awarded a Prize.

As the Sponsor of the Offer, we may process your name, email address, your nationality, Privilege Club Membership’s number, passport number, passport expiry date, date of birth, flight details, age verification documentation and personal identification documentation in accordance with applicable laws. Any personal data provided to the Sponsor will be used solely in connection with the Offer. We will retain any personal data provided for a maximum of ninety (90) days from the travel date or any longer period as may be required in order to administer these Terms and Conditions and in line with Qatar Airways’ data retention policies.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO RELEASE AND HOLD QATAR AIRWAYS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS, INDEMNIFIED AND HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHICH PARTICIPANT OR ANYONE ELSE MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THIS OFFER OR OF THE USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR NOT BEING AWARDED A PRIZE.  BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AGAINST QATAR AIRWAYS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, AND EMPLOYEES. QATAR AIRWAYS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE RESPECTIVE PRIZE WON BY A PARTICIPANT.

11. FORCE MAJEURE: EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, QATAR AIRWAYS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, PARTIAL PERFORMANCE OR DELAY IN PERFORMING ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS WHICH ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. QATAR AIRWAYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IF THE OFFER TERMINATES OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED, USED OR REDEEMED DUE TO (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS, BAD WEATHER OR ANY OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, OR ACTS OF THE WINNER, OR FOR ANY OTHER EVENTS WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF QATAR AIRWAYS’ CONTROL.

12. DISCLAIMERS:  If this Offer cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason, Qatar Airways reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, withdraw or terminate the Offer, Winners’ selection, or any or all of the Prizes without prior notice and without any indemnity or cost as a result of using this right.  

13. GOVERNING LAW:  This Offer including its Terms and Conditions in addition to all issues and questions related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Qatari courts. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Qatar Airways reserves the right to start proceedings before any competent courts as Qatar Airways may deem it fit.
