- Members need to quote their Privilege Club membership number to receive Avios. Bookings without, or with an incorrect, Privilege Club number will not be awarded Avios.
- No retroactive claims are allowed.
- If the payment for a hotel stay or car rental is made in a currency other than USD, the amount paid will be converted into USD based on the exchange rate used by Qatar Airways.
- Avios will appear on the Privilege Club member’s account within eight weeks of the end of hotel stay or car hire period.
