Nominate Family & Friends in three easy steps
Log in to Privilege Club
After logging in, head over to your ‘Profile’ dashboard and select ‘Family & Friends’.
Invite new members
Select ‘Add new member’ to copy the link or send an email invite. No supporting documents needed.
Approve your members
Once your invitation has been accepted, head to your Family & Friends group to approve them.
Booking award flights for others is now more secure than ever. Privilege Club members can add up to four other Privilege Club members to their List. Their details are automatically saved so you can easily book them award flights.
Nominate members in three simple steps:
Log in to Privilege Club
After logging in, head over to your ‘Profile’ dashboard and select ‘My List'.
Invite new member*
Select ‘Add new member’ to copy the invite link or enter their Privilege Club membership number.**
Approve your members
Once your invitation has been accepted, head to your List to approve them.
*All Privilege Club members must have completed 30 days of membership before they can add other members to their List. In addition, Burgundy members must have collected Avios either by flying with us or our partner airlines, or by using a Qatar Airways Privilege Club payment card.
**Gold and Platinum members can book award flights for as many people as they’d like – even if they’re not on the List. This can be done online or through our Contact Centre, Member Service Centre or Online call. Other terms and conditions apply.
