The terms and conditions below are with regard to benefits of bonus Avios for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Cards by Doha Bank:
Joining bonus
Bonus Avios offered for both card types to cardholders and will be credited to their Privilege Club accounts upon the first transaction using their cards.
The bonus Avios will be applicable for new salary transfer and deposit customers as per the terms and conditions outlined in the undertaking forms for each credit card type (i.e Visa Infinite and Visa Signature).
Existing credit cardholders who have availed cards against deposit, taking a new credit card against salary would be considered as an existing customer and joining bonus Avios will not be applicable for these customers.
First flight bonus
The first flight bonus Avios will be awarded upon the first transaction made by the primary cardholder using their Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank.
The bonus Avios will be varied depending on the cabin class booked:
5,000 bonus Avios will be awarded for flying in Business or First Class; and
3,000 bonus Avios will be awarded for flying in Economy Class.
the first flight bonus Avios will be credited to your Privilege Club account upon completion of the flight activity.
All bonus Avios will be awarded to the first listed member when all passengers on the PNR are independent cardholders.
Earning Qpoints
You can earn a maximum of 300 Qpoints each year, when spending with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank. One year is calculated from your card issuance date.
The renewal or upgrading of your Privilege Club tier, when earning Qpoints through spending with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank, is subject to the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
After one year, you will be able to earn an additional 300 Qpoints during the upcoming year.
Tier fast-track
Members are eligible to earn bonus Avios and fast track their membership tier when booking flights on www.qatarairways.com or Qatar Airways app and upon completion of flight activity.
You will only be eligible for one fast-track to Gold tier, when you spend QAR 14,000 using your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite Credit Card by Doha Bank on www.qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, in the first year from your card issuance date.
You will only be eligible for one fast-track to Silver tier, when you spend QAR 7,000 using your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Signature Credit Card by Doha Bank on www.qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, in the first year from your card issuance date.
After completion of one calendar year, the member will be retained in that specific tier following tier retention rules.
Spends related
Spends that will contribute to an upgrade to the Silver or Gold tier will only be calculated after the main member completes the flight.
All Visa Infinite variant cardholders who spend QAR 50,000 on retail and e-commerce within the first three months of their card issuance date, will be eligible to receive 40,000 bonus Avios.
Visa Infinite variant cardholders who have been issued a card against deposit and spend QAR 120,000 within the first year of card issuance date, will be eligible to receive 20,000 bonus Avios.
All Visa Signature variant cardholders who spend QAR 25,000 on retail and e-commerce within the first three months of their card issuance date, will be eligible to receive 20,000 bonus Avios.
Visa Signature variant cardholders who have been issued a card against deposit and spend QAR 60,000 within the first year of issuance date, will be eligible to receive 10,000 bonus Avios.
Online spends bonus for spends on qatarairways.com and mobile app will be credited upon completion of the flight activity.
Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank primary cardholder should be part of the passenger list. They should also be the first passenger to be listed while the booking is being made.
Only the primary cardholder will be eligible for online spends bonus and first flight bonus Avios.
Earn 2 Avios for every QAR 3 spent when using your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite Credit Card by Doha Bank. This is only eligible on flights booked on www.qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways app and upon completion of your flight activity.
Earn 2 Avios for every QAR 5 spent when using your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Signature Credit Card by Doha Bank. This is only eligible on flights booked on www.qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways app and upon completion of your flight activity.
